There is substantial water damage to the ceilings, walls, and floors of the offices and secondary rooms due to the leaking roof.

Installation of New Full Service Commercial Kitchen
The current kitchen is non-functional. A new kitchen is crucial to the success of the Child Care Center and WISOMMM Event Services.

Total Refurbishing of Auditorium Stage & Installation of Curtains, Sound-proof divider walls, Audio, Lighting and Equipment in Sanctuary, Auditorium and Community Building
These areas are the main source of revenue for the Cultural Center and are not able to be utilized properly and efficiently because they have fallen into disrepair over time.

Over the years the wood seats in the Sanctuary have have fallen apart due to wear and age, and must be replaced along with the cushions.

These are the calling cards of the Center and provide atmosphere, ambiance and add value to the facility. They must be repaired in order to maintain the integrity of the property.

These areas are crucial to have in perfect working order for our child care center; not to mention an important factor for securing event rentals.

These areas are important to the historical significance of this landmark facility. They are also important for event services and the expansion of our community service programs.
